DescriptionPlutonic, medium-grained (1-5 mm), igneous rock that is very light-brown on a fresh surface and grey-bown on a weathered surface. Consists of a groundmass of 60% white to tan feldspars (≤1 mm), 35% white sugary quartz and (≤1 - 2 mm), and 5% black biotite (majority 5 mm). Orange oxidation around the biotite makes the rock appear darker. There is a grey xenolith in this rock aroun 1.5 cm in diameter.
