DescriptionPlutonic medium-grained (1-5 mm) igneous rock. Dark grey green to dark grey on a fresh surface and light brown on a weathered surface. One of the smaller sides is light grey and appears to transition to another rock. Consists of equigranular green-grey plagioclase (probably labradorite) 70% (1-2 mm), white quartz 10%, 20% black amphiboles and black to bronze pyroxenes, and trace amounts of black biotite.
