DescriptionPorphyritic igneous rock that is light-grey on a fresh surface with black and brown splotches. Consists of phenocrysts of 35% of-white plagioclase, 30% black pyroxene, 10% brown K-feldspar, and 25% light-grey groundmass possibly consisting of mainly plagioclase and quartz.
